#060 | Police Officer & his Wife Arrested for Sex Crimes against Children from 1995?!

A police officer and his wife have just been arrested for sex crimes that they’ve committed over 2 decades ago. These sex crimes were towards minors under the age of 16. What do you think their penalty should be? Should they be held accountable for the crime as if it happened today or do we take into consideration if/any of the positive things they have done since?
